📃 Subscription & Installation Policy – J&T Tech 1. 💡 Subscription Plan • Monthly service fee: $19.99 • Includes smart home devices valued at over $250 • 24-hour brand support provided by device manufacturers • Local rapid-response team available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm at 520-222-6252 • Quarterly maintenance included; $49.99 for unscheduled service calls 2. 🔧 Installation Fee • One-time installation fee: $99.99 • Covers setup, activation, and account creation if needed 3. 📶 Client Requirements • Must have a valid email address and in-home Wi-Fi • J&T Tech will create and pair devices using Amazon/Ring or Tapo accounts (if needed) linked to the client’s email 4. 🛡️ Warranty & Protection • Devices include a lifetime warranty from both the brand and J&T Tech while subscription is active • J&T serves as primary service provider and secondary warranty • Optional $10/month protection plan covers loss, theft, and damage 5. 🔐 Privacy • J&T does not share account holder information • For device-specific questions, clients should refer to the brand’s policies 6. 🚚 Service Transfer • Clients may transfer service to any address in Tucson or adjacent counties • Transfer requires a $99.99 reinstatement fee 7. 📦 Cancellation & Device Return • No contract required; clients may cancel at any time • Devices must be returned undamaged • If devices are damaged or lost, clients will be billed the full retail price for the entire bundle 8. 🎉 Device Ownership • After 2 years of continuous service, clients own the devices outright 9. ⬆️ Upgrades • Clients may upgrade devices at any time • Self-installation or local support available
